This was photographed at the early 2005 PhotoAid One for the Tsunami fund raising. Vincent, one of the core member since then. At the age of 26, his dream was “I want my own 70-200mm F2.8 VR Lens”

Time do fly without “notice” and human’s dream do change concurrently due to different phase of life. At the least we still dream no matter what. Where it’s a push factor of moving forwards etc….. So have you? Just like Vincent.

Due to family commitments, Vincent who unable to be there but he still make his best to gave us his moral support by popping by and participated the drive. Same to the others core members who are oversea but has been in great help in coordination works thru the power of the internet. Yong Qing, the founder of Photoaid who has been doing a great job for that.

Depressing 2008

Posted by dreams on 15 May 2008 | Tagged as: The diary of dreams

It has been a month that i have “self meditation” within my four walls, most of the time beside getting food for my tummy just like taking medication and camera has caught up with molds. I couldnt find a reason for it. Been doing “researches” too at the moment of clear time. Looking hard to it to find the track back even i have preached so much.

2008, it’s indeed kind of not a very good year, be it personal or not. World? Recently, i believed that many of us have got the news about the the Cyclone that has strike Myanmar, it’s tragic. and recently the huge earthquake that strike at Sichuan, China. Have get in touch with some of my chinese friends there and they are doing their part too over at China, donating blood or in any form of help that they can do for the victims. Hope the rescuing teams for all will be able to save as many lives as possible.

As for us, lets do any single little bit that we can.

picture_2.jpg
Photo Aid is an initiative by a group of volunteer photographers to help raise funds for the victims of Cyclone Nargis in Myanmar where they have done it for the Tsunami’s victims during 2005. All donations are 100% to the beneficiary.

Please do come down if you have time for a cause to help those unfortunate ones. Your little help will bring a rim of light for those needy, be it donation, volunteering or just spread this out to your friends.

Here some of the recaps during the 2005 fund raising.
f1000011.jpg
The first meeting during 2005 where most of us first time met each other and many of the core members have become good friends till today.

The process of taking photos for the donor.

f1000029.jpg
The shooting station, where everyone will try to get some shade under the super hot sun when there was any little break time to wait for the tourists.

It’s my blessing to know those bunch of kind hearted people and lucky managed to get some of them to share with me their dreams too during the break time……

I am lost of time as currently and not really at the right state of mind. I am just like an 6 year old kid stepping into the school for the 1st day learning to adapt to the new phase of life. This is how i feel about this brand new year of 2008 even it’s already April now. Learning how to survive and being advice numerous of time that this is a reality world and must be realistic. Minority i am? Abnormal? How much do you willing to pay for your dreams or being yourself? The prices are high enough that you can imagine.

Things have just happened too sudden and it do not allow any reaction time. Everything seem just too good to be true and truth will peel you off apart. I am speechless of what i am trying to say. Basically, struggling with thoughts and miracle is all i need, everyone do hope for miracle even we know it’s doesn’t exist. Just like dreams that keep us alive. And as i have mention on the previous post about the job that Ken trying to the deal to bring me into China for a job. It been call off.

And the follow are some of my “models” who got the tees. Sorry that i couldn’t give to everyone as there is a limitation for me for doing that. It’s all self fund. And it also doesn’t mean that you are not appreciated if u don’t get the it.
